Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted while being transfered over the internet using dedicated cryptographic software provided by PROTX, a well-respected payment gateway. Card numbers are never viewed by any individual, and payments are taken directly from the card upon processing. They are not held in clear text on any web site, and are not given out to any third parties.

Returns & Refunds

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. All returns for credit/refund must have prior approval from Toyasaurus (www.toyasaurus.co.uk) and any items without such approval may be returned to the sender at their own cost.

We will not refund or exchange the item if it has been opened or tampered with and is not faulty. Under these circumstances we will make an appropriate offer as they will be deemed secondhand.

A full refund including any inititial postage and packing charges will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned at the consumer's cost, however, if they are not returned, we will collect them and deduct the direct cost from the refund. If the goods have been opened they will be considered secondhand and we reserve the right to make an appropriate offer.

Faulty Goods

We will replace, refund or repair faulty products if they are deemed to be faulty on arrival. We must be notified within 30 days of purchase. It would also be most helpful if the goods were returned as a complete kit and with the original packing where possible. Proof of purchase must also be provided.

If we are unable to detect a fault, it may be necessary for us to return the goods to the manufacturer for confirmation before we are able to supply a replacement.

Costs incurred for returning the goods lies with the supplier and we will therefore refund the customer for the cost of the return postage (we would always request a recorded and fully insured method of carriage).

Guarantees

All equipment supplied is covered by the manufacturers own warranty.

Statutory Rights

All statements, guarantees or warranties in the above are in addition to & do not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Details and Charges

Deliveries Charges within the UK Select from:
  • 2-3 day delivery on all goods within the UK - £2.95
  • Next working day delivery within the UK - £5.95
  • Free delivery on orders totalling more than £39.99 (when ordered before 1pm)

NB. Next working day delivery is not available to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands

Delivery Details

  • We can only despatch to addresses with in the UK
  • Deliveries can be arranged for outside of the UK, however international deliveries may be subject to an additional charge. This is based upon items ordered. Customers requiring delivery outside of the UK will be contacted after ordering regarding any additional charges. No additional charges will be made and orders will not be dispatched without confirmation from the customer.
  • International orders may take up to 5 working days for delivery. This does not include any time spent pending release from customs into country of delivery, as this is out of our control, and the control of the courier service used.
  • Orders received by 1.00pm are usually despatched on the same working day.
  • Orders placed at the weekend will be despatched on Monday
  • Your order will only be sent to the registered card holders address or work address.
  • In the event that ordered items are out of stock a member of staff will contact you to confirm a delivery date or give you the chance to cancel the order.
  • All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.
