We recommend you inspect electric scooters before riding and periodically thereafter. Refer to our manuals for information for information of looking after and maintaining electric scooters.

If upon inspection of our product after purchase, you find any part of one of our electric scooters is damaged or missing, please contact our customer services department. We will send you what you need or provide a satisfactory solution to solve the problem. We reserve the right to replace or repair damaged electric scooters. The customer must keep the original packaging during the first 30 days limited warranty period for purpose of return of electric scooters or a defective part.

We do our best to offer our customers high quality products. Our products come with a 30 day warranty on all parts, and on 2 year assistance and spare parts.

To take advantage of our assistance and warranty, please fill out and return the warranty card found within the electric scooters manual. The warranty card must be returned to us within the first 10 days after the purchase of the product.
