With the Beer O-Meter drinking game, you simply have to move the bottle opener through the slot without touching the sides. Touch the sides and you'll be treated to a rather unique, but fitting sound - A huge belch! You then have to drink beer as a penalty!
If you reach the finish without the dreaded noise and flashing light you drink some beer!.
