You sunk my battleship!
Ah, you’ll be hearing many cries of that if you treat your kids to this classic game of guess work and strategy! The premise is easy; each of the two players secretly places their naval vessels on the playing grid. Each then takes it in turn to call a grid reference. If your opponent has one of their ships on that reference, it’s a hit!
The first one to sink all of their opponents’ fleet is the winner! The idea is very simple, the rules are very simple, but the tension can be unbearable. Imagine you and your opponents just needing one direct hit to win! You’ll be calling out grid references left right and centre, desperate to sink that fleet!
Our version of battleships is cleverly designed so that all of the pieces are contained within the two playing areas, which in-turn, closes up to create a handy travel case. Not only that, but the two cases lock into each other for really easy portability.
Perfect for long journeys and to take on holiday, this compact little game will keep the kids occupied for hours.
