My two kids have never been into, or liked for that matter, science lessons at school, but its one of those subjects that they'll have to endure. I thought the fruit clock would be a fun way to get them interested and show them that its not all chemicals and equations.
When they first saw what it was, they were just as intrigued as I was and they couldn't wait to test it out.
It's very easy to set up and the instructions are great. They also tell you a little bit about how an apple can actually run the clock. I'd like to think that they may have leart a little from it, but they certainaly had a great time putting it all together and testing various fruits and vegetables.
